We know that opening an account with a new online retail buyer involves real diligence on your part. The questions below are the ones we hear most often from brands, distributors, and wholesalers evaluating Promo Opticon. If you don't see yours answered here, please reach out directly — we'd rather answer a specific question in person than leave you guessing.
- Q: Who is Promo Opticon?
A: Promo Opticon is the online retail brand of RK Commercial LLC, an Arizona limited liability company formed in August 2026 and headquartered in Glendale, Arizona. We source products from brands, authorized distributors, and wholesalers, and represent them on established online marketplaces.
- Q: What categories do you focus on?
A: Four core categories: office supplies, home and kitchen, everyday essentials, and pet supplies. We stay deliberately narrow so that every supplier relationship gets real attention.
- Q: Where do you sell?
A: We sell through established online marketplaces. We're happy to discuss the specific channels where a brand or distributor's products would appear as part of the account-opening conversation, so both sides can confirm channel fit up front.
- Q: Do you comply with MAP and distribution agreements?
A: Yes. Honoring MAP, distribution agreements, geographic restrictions, and channel restrictions is a baseline expectation, not a negotiation point. If a policy exists, we follow it.
- Q: Do you sign reseller agreements?
A: Yes. We're comfortable signing standard reseller agreements, brand authorization letters, and channel-specific terms as part of onboarding.
- Q: Are you an authorized seller of the brands you carry?
A: We only represent ourselves as authorized for brands where we have an actual authorization in place. We do not claim authorization we haven't earned, and we don't use brand names, imagery, or trademarks without permission.
- Q: What documentation can you provide for account setup?
A: We can provide Arizona LLC formation documents, resale/TPT information, business banking details, and standard trade references through your onboarding process.
- Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We're flexible. Many new accounts begin on prepay or credit-card terms; standard net terms can be discussed once a track record is established or when supported by references.
- Q: How do you handle customer questions about products?
A: We respond to customer questions promptly on the marketplaces where we sell, escalate anything brand-specific to the appropriate partner, and never speak on a brand's behalf beyond what we're authorized to say.
- Q: What if you're contacted about a listing or pricing concern?
A: We take those seriously and respond quickly. If a brand or distributor identifies an issue with a listing, price, or channel, we address it directly and coordinate with the partner on the resolution.
- Q: How do we begin a partnership?
A: Use the contact form, or email dealer@promoopticon.com with a short introduction, your category focus, and any onboarding requirements. We reply to partnership inquiries within two business days.
